Thank you for you response. I have always be told that you should not eat more then a handful of almonds a day, because other then being good for you they are also high in fat. I love the almond milk in my shake, but the question is, can I still eat almonds for a snack later in the day or is this to much of a good thing?
I now you should not eat more then about 13 almonds a day, so is having a cup of almond milk in the morning with my shake now replace the munchy snack later in the day? Just wondering........
Raw honey, if you must sweeten your tea. Raw honey is an immune system booster and also has heigh antioxidant levels.
Like Firay, I also drink my tea black, but tend to pick the sweeter herbal blends.

Don't give up! Muscle weighs more then fat, the scale can't see that. Watch how your clothes start ot fit you, and how much healthier you feel. Take measurements as you go to record your progress that way. But, don't give up!
Cardio and weight training comboed together really helped me see results faster.
And Really TRY to make the healthier choices in the kitchen.
