I'm trying Ignite but I don't know if I'm committed enough to drop money on protein shakes. What are the big differences between those and, for example, eggs with onions/spinach and dairy-free cheese? All ingredients avoid the "evil 6" so I'm not worried about that. And I have plenty of supplements around the house so there's no shortage of those.
I've always had a hard time eating right because I grew up with a lot of sugary foods. Even if I don't keep up with Ignite after my free trial/whatever, I know I need to find ways of gradually improving my diet while I'm young, and Ignite should help with that. I want to make better habits now because I'm pretty sure it'll be much harder later.
I am not sure about specific videos as I haven't tried them all yet and I don't know enough about hypothyroid, sorry. But perhaps you could ask your doctor? They might be able to tell you what to look for, and then you could look through the yoga videos as each one tells you what the workout will entail. Good luck!
