Ok I will be honest. I've done ignite lost weight, felt great and was working out everyday. Went on vacation, and came home- I actually maintained my weight. When I came back, I started my final semester of my BSN, with work, clinicals, and homework it all became too hard. Now all my hardwork has gone down the drain and I feel terrible. So today, November 1, I will begin the 21 detox, no more excuses, no more eating for boredom. In 8 days, I will be 40, even more reason to get it right. Monday, I restart my training program for half marathon, no more tired lies to myself. I can do this and I will not fail again. Wish me luck!
I'm suffering the same problem. I added gluten free bread, is this the problem? You added the GF oatmeal. I think from now on,unless I cook it I'm not gonna eat it- GF or not. Too processed.

I've been on Jenny for years, never lost more then couple of pounds. Started in March and have lost 14 pounds!!! I've never looked or felt so great! Hope that helps.
I wanted quick results after sitting on the couch for a very long time. Inferno is hard, I have to modify but it is so worth it. Once this 21 days is over, I am starting over, stronger and better. If you want it, its there but be prepared!
Is it ok to skip a day on inferno, I tried this am, but could not do 100, so I stopped. I've seen results already, any advice?
