I just finished my first week and have lost three pounds. I was hoping my initial loss would be more than that. I am only eating approximately 1000 calories a day. Is that normal?
I am ready to look and feel good again! My biggest evil is having a glass (or two) of wine in the evenings! But if I can drop 45 pounds and feel great then I am willing to give it up! Health reasons are most important as I am 50+ but another benefit would be to look great at my daughters wedding next year!!!
