Your weight can fluctuate as much as 5 lbs per day depending upon normal bodily functions like food intake, water retention, sodium intake, bowel movement frequency, and even the time of day that you hopped on the scale. I suggest laying off the scale until the end of Ignite. A better measure of progress is waist circumference and other health indicators like energy levels and sleep quality.
I agree. Jenny Craig and Nutrisystem are not the most nutritious or healthiest food options. In Ignite, you can eat real, nutritious food, and your body will thank you for it :)
