I run 3 miles on Tuesday through Friday so on those days I don't do Inferno so I don't burn myself out. Is doing Inferno on Saturday through Monday enough to keep up my progress? Inferno has helped me to tone up my whole body so I would like to keep my results even though I have cut down to 3 days of Inferno.
This will be the 3rd time around of me doing Inferno and I love how challenging it is which is why I keep restarting it, but I'm starting to find myself getting a little bored by doing the same workouts. I don't want to switch programs because the other programs aren't as challenging as I want them to be.
