I do yoga, zumba and hit the elliptical in addition to DailyBurn exercises.
I am suffering the same thing. I am trying to tell myself "as long as I am losing" that I should be happy, but the scale slowing moving is killing me! LOl... However I am fitting into clothes that I have not worn in ages. I have come to the conclusion that while I will remain to weight myself weekly. I am gonna measure my success by trying to fit into my favorite pair of old jeans I can no longer wear.
I have no arch in my feet and I would love to find a way to combat this in order to exercise better and actually become a runner without injury.
It was good! I lost 250 in 35 minutes. Probably could have burned more, but my feet were killing me. I couldn't do the jumping moves... A good first start though.
