You could take a screenshot of the calendar on your computer and then print that, that's what I did.
As for going back and seeing calories burned, I don't believe you can do that. I would suggest tracking your calories burned with apps like MyFitnessPal. It lets you 'create' the workout and put in how many calories you burned. Hope this helps!
Unfortunately you can only add one program at a time. I know how you feel, once I got past day 40 in Cardio Sculpt, I was sticking with it until I was finished!
However, you can use the 'Discover' feature and search through the individual Core workouts and do one on a day you don't feel like doing what Cardio Sculpt has planned for you, or even do both workouts if you're feeling really energetic!
I don't believe you can go back to view your challenge scores from previous workouts. However, when you do the same challenge in your next workout, you should see some statistics on the right side of your screen. It's not an exact number, but will give you an estimate of your progress!
The 500 Club is part of Inferno's Challenge. Basically, you do as many reps as possible in each segment of the workout and keep a tab on the number of reps you did. The 500 Club mark is reached when your total surpasses 500 reps!
I have a pinched nerve in my neck that my chiropractor said is causing the constant numbness/tingling I feel in my arm all the way down to my fingers. I'm doing the short stretches he has suggested, but nothing is helping! If anyone has had this problem before, can you give some suggestions on how you helped alleviate the numb tingly feeling? I haven't worked out in so long because of it.
Unfortunately you can only select one ongoing program, but you can click on "Workouts" at the top, and then use the "Discover" option to search for additional workouts at any time!
When I first starting working out, it was definitely overwhelming. I had this new mindset that I could ONLY eat low-carb meals, vegetables, and not eat after 8pm. Then I read that it was 7pm. Then 6pm. It was crazy!
What you need to do is just stick with what works best for you. I guarantee that if you stick with the workout plan thats best for YOU, you'll start seeing results. And don't feel like you have to do it every single day. I know it's "Daily" Burn, but this is all about a lifestyle change, and you should still be able to have a life outside of your workout schedule/what you think you should eat. Give it some time, explore, and see what works best for you to truly make it a lifestyle change, and not something that you get fed up with and quit altogether :)
I've heard through comments and twitter posts that Anja has filmed new workouts for Inferno. DB has said they're launching a bunch of new programs pretty soon, so hopefully that will be one of them! I'm not to sure when "soon" will be though!
I know exactly how you feel. I started the Cardio Sculpt program back in May, and have been going straight through every day, and I'm almost done with the 84 days. Now I'm back in school full-time and work 30 hours a week, so I was thinking of cutting down my workouts to 3 or 4 times a week, but I'm also worried I will stop seeing results, or even worse, the opposite, haha. But at the end of the day, you have to treat your diet/exercise as a lifestyle change, and know that any workout is better than nothing!
I noticed the achievements page and your point "rankings" no longer exist. I know it didn't really serve a purpose, but I really got into trying to gain new achievements by pushing myself during the DB challenges. I hope that it will come back, in my opinion it was a nice feature of the website :(
It's probably excess water weight. I've heard that water weight can add anywhere from 1-5 pounds, depending on the day. I would just stick with your workout regime, and don't get disappointed!
I'm not sure how often you weigh yourself, but I weigh myself once a week, on Fridays. If I just stepped on the scale whenever I wanted, I would literally weigh myself every single time I went into my bathroom. I think this helps cut down on the chaos of gaining .5lbs, or not losing any weight despite working out
Give it at least another week. BHT left me so sore for the rest of the week! I was fairly new to DB (and working out in general) when I started Cardio Sculpt, so it definitely took some time before I started to actually see changes in my reflection as well as on the scale. Just don't get discouraged! You have 3 months to give it your all, and I PROMISE you'll see results by the end of the program. It's weird because usually you are the last person to see changes in yourself, just because you look at your own reflection so many times a day, but I can see it, and it makes the program 100% worth it
No problem! Although I would recommend keeping up with the first set of workouts in Cardio Sculpt as much as you can. I'm in my final month of the program now, and the workouts do get a bit harder, but I was able to phase into it by sticking with the first month workouts. Good luck with the rest of Cardio Sculpt! It's my favorite program DB offers!
It won't cancel out your program, it will just continue tomorrow's exercise as normal. And don't worry, I've exchanged a few workouts for the DB15 workouts if I was pressed for time or feeling in a rut :P
Since all the videos use real-time streaming (to be able to record your progress, calories burned, etc.) they all require an internet connection to view. Do you have an iPhone, iPad and/or the DailyBurn app? You can watch videos over your cellular network that way
I stumbled across this link not too long ago. Although I don't have some of those chains near me, it was still nice to see that you don't always have to eat a plain salad every time you go to a fast food restaurant.
