    I haven't really excluded carbs, just the evil 6. I recommend trying different carbs that still are ok for the ignite program guidelines, and then try to limit yourself. Rice is a god one. for sweets I tried the dark chocolat sea salt recipe and it has made a huge difference for me. I also ate when I was having a craving. I would eat 3 pieces of chicken if I needed to get through the craving, I figure getting through my addiction at this point will pay off in the end. What stage are you at? if you can make it past day 5 or 6, you will have an easier time. That is the point where I have had to restart twice, but once I got through it, it was so much easier to exclude the evil 6, and I feel really great.

    I want to put the yummy pink Himalayan salt on everything! I started losing weight for a second during ignite and now I'm gaining it back. I'm only on the 6th or 7th day. I feel like I'm replacing my sugar and gluten addiction with a salt addiction. Anyone have this experience?

    I am having trouble using the Daily Burn tracker. Does anyone have any ideas how to track food with this program? I've gained a few pounds starting out, although I have had to reignite, only because a minor slip up.
    Any advice out there?

    Hi, I just joined today. I have new belly fat that I think is appearing because of some intense stress. I hear its caused by...cortizol...hormone? I also read that the limiting of some of the foods this program recommends can help reduce stress belly weight. It sounds like you also went through a stressful experience and had your body change in the same way. Here's to hopefully de-stressing our belly fat!
