Gosh, that was super informative and great! Straight to the point, too! Thanks so much! I'm so happy it works for you
At least mostly vegan. And not just because of ignite or anything. Like, as a private choice of life?
Oh, and how did you get into it? Was it health that brought you to do this? How hard was the change?
Animal Core is my favorite so far. I smile like a serial killer as I'm doing it, I don't know why, it hurts so bad.
My S.O was out of town for about two weeks (I'm in good shape so workouts work very fast on my body with changing it) and when he got back - I didn't even say anything to him about it- he just said: "you are REALLY toned. wow. wow. what have you been doing?" Pretty friggin awesome.
Follow blogs and websites with healthy recipes and lifestyle tips, that's a good start
Weird! Mine works great. Weird. You should contact Samsung, have you tried doing that?
I didn't sign up for it, because I lead a healthy lifestyle as is. I get my recipes from blogs and magazines dedicated to health and fitness and I always know what vitamins to eat and how to .. keep myself healthy. It's a lot of research, but I do it anyway.
Oh, the truth is that yoga, pilates and a simple hot bath would actually have more long term effects on calming you down, and this comes from someone with an actual anxiety disorder- trust me, i'm with you there! <3 Stay strong!
Oh hey, what about Bento? (I don't work for them, like, at all. Just popped to mind) http://www.laptoplunches.com/
I'd recommend doing it first thing in the morning
Just wanted to say, because you seem to have your answer- OMG! Congratulations!
Ooh, squats and jumps and squats and squats!
There are many negatives, amongst many is what you said- you start needing it. I started re-taking it lately after having real insomnia issues :/ If you can refrain from using it, I'd suggest that.
Water water water, veggies and if you absolutely need something sweet- fruit. Just curbs cravings right then and there
I lost 60 lbs in a year, not because of DB, but DB definitely toned me even more, and I did workouts very similar to this.
