    Water helps a lot until it is time to eat again but if you are feeling ravenous, you might want to consider upping the amount of protein and vegetables you are already consuming. That would not blow your diet:) Are you eating enough healthy carbs? Sweet potatoes and apples fill me up so I usually include on of those when I am really hungry...but first try to add in more of the greens to see if it helps you feel full for longer. (When I am looking to feel full off of greens, I go for steamed broccoli:)
