    I'm doing eliminating the Evil 6, but I don't follow the guidelines to a T. (I'm a vegetarian, and I also won't cut out bananas.) Frozen bananas and some kind of nut butter go a long way to solve texture issues for me. If you don't want to do the banana, you could try avocado and some extra frozen fruit.

    I eat a lot of eggs, beans (often in the form of hummus!), protein powder (it's good for smoothies and banana soft serve), and nut butter.

    What are your thoughts on dumpster diving? Maybe you could find a good diving spot at a health food store type place?

    I ate at a friend's house today. I brought my own ignite-friendly pesto pasta dish and ate some of their roasted veggies (veggies, olive oil, spices). It was only after eating that I realized there might be hidden offending ingredients in the spices (like maltodextrin). What do you think? Should I start over on ignite?
