I have been doing cardio sculpt for 34 days. I have taken a few days off here and there because I have been sore or my muscles just need a rest. This past week I have had a hard time with my challenges. I just feel weaker and shouldn't I feel stronger. An example... I had no problem doing the one leg burpees but now I can barely make it half way and need to go down to the modified version!!! I have not changed my food intake ...in fact I have tried to eat more protein, more fruits and more veggies... Any suggestions?
There are times I get cravings for something sweet too and I go for strawberries or cantelope.
