Go to our Discover/Library section of the site. You can find the link along the top of your workouts homepage. From here you have access to our entire library of video workouts. You can only do one program at one time since each program has their own set schedule of workouts.
Intelliburn uses an algorithm to choose the following day's workout for you. It uses your gender, age, and your workout's progress during the current day's workout to decide the following day's workout. Your info can be found in your 'Profile settings'. for more support please contact us at email@example.com
Your workout program will advance to the next day even if you have not done it. If you miss a workout, you can either choose the link in your 'This Week's' calendar view or your full calendar view.

The heart rate monitor is complete separate to your calorie counter. we currently have no update on when the behavior on calories burned will be fixed but we are diligently working to fix the situation.

regarding muscle soreness. It is a sign of only one thing – that your body was not ready or adapted for the stress that caused the soreness. Nothing else. An alternative to a dumbbell is using a kettlebell instead.
Unfortunately we do not advise any workouts that are recommended for users with disabilities and are better in assisting them after consulting a doctor or a health professional on the best methods of exercise.
