I know this is DAILYburn and in the beginning I was eager and I was pretty consistent. Then I stopped because it was hard for me to do everyday. Then I found my rhythm at 3 times a week and I've been consistent for about a month now. I know I won't get the same results if I don't do it everyday but anybody in the same boat? What results have you gotten? or not gotten?
