    Trying to work the work-out into a busy schedule is one of the reasons I started with DailyBurn.

    For several reasons, working out in the evening is optimal for me -- But I've seen quite a few people comment on other posts about their morning workout, and I have co-workers who work out during their lunch hours.

    Is there anything specific I should consider when working out in the late afternoon / early evening?
