How awesome that you've been able to start such a positive change! Don't be discouraged. As people get smaller, it gets harder and harder to lose large amounts of weight. Adding exercise to your routine is the best thing you can do to kick up those numbers again. Also, as you get closer to your goal, you may not lose a pound a day, but more like a pound or two a week. Which is still awesome. Maybe instead of focusing on just a weight number, come up with a fitness goal that you can work towards... like walking farther or beating your best mile run time.
Yes it is OK for Ignite as long as it has low sugars. Check out this recipe I found on the Daily Burn Recipe list:
Maybe join a school sport or intramural sports club. You'll get active, make friends, and have your team there to support and encourage you. You might find a sport that you really enjoy... like if it's track season but you hate running, maybe try discus throwing. Or maybe you don't join a sport but something like marching band. Still active and fun. There are so many opportunities you can take advantage of while at school. Just don't let anything discourage you!
I drink sparkling apple cider with no sugar added. It's just apple juice and sparkle, but it kinda looks like champaign :)
I've started Ignite myself and I totally know what you mean. My problem was snacky things. I think if you figure out what you are craving, then maybe you can find a healthy version of it and feel satisfied. Like if you want some crunchy potato chips... I started baking kale and putting a little salt on it an it's awesome. And when I want something sweet I just eat some fruit. I think it's helping :)
