@Mike4tide is correct. WTF stands for Workout to Failure.
Although Propel Zero doesn't contain any 'sugar', it contains sucralose which is an artificial sweetener. You'll want to avoid this for a whole host of reasons. I'm like you -- I cannot stand water at all. What I do to mix things up is add some lemons and/or limes to water to give it some flavor. I also have a Soda Stream (http://amzn.to/1lvtxhl) , which I use just to make seltzer -- for me, the carbonation definitely makes water more tolerable.
Awesome! There's no one right way to follow Ignite......since Ignite first started, we've had users make small modifications to the plan in order to better suit their needs and still have great success. Keep up the good work!
The shakes make things easier for you, however you can still get by without them. Just make sure you make up for them with some protein meals throughout the day and you'll be just fine.
If you make 1 shake a day, it lasts about 30-35 days.
of course, go for it! Just make sure you include a variety of other foods though throughout the day in addition to this.
Of course. There are modified versions of exercises that don't involved equipment, so you won't have any problem. Just make sure you maintain the intensity -- that is the most important part. Good luck!
@anarchyfaith This is 100% normal at the beginning. If you were great at each workout at the beginning then that would mean aren't doing our job -- these workouts are designed to make you do movements that your body is not used to. So yes, it will be tough at first. The most important part is not to let that discourage you and stick with it.
You need to download the free DailyBurn Workout app from the App Store. The apps are designed to stream the videos to your iOS device once you login with your credentials.
@papercut2k is correct. It's a large container so if you use 2 scoops a serving, it will last for 30 servings.
@awhitcraft yep, you are correct
TBT is a great way to shed some pounds and also gain some flexibility as well. It's one of the more advanced and intense programs we offer, so results will show quicker. As with anything though, you get out of it what you put into it. Best of luck !
Yep! Balsamic vinegar is fine to have on Ignite. We actually have a few other posts explaining why it's allowed here: http://dailyburn.com/communit... . Hope this helps.
If there's more than 10g of ADDED sugar, then it'd be 2 points. Otherwise, you're fine with counting it as 1 Balance point.
