If there's more than 10g of ADDED sugar, then it'd be 2 points. Otherwise, you're fine with counting it as 1 Balance point.
Hi Sammy. You can contact the support team at email@example.com, and they will help you out with this.
Yep! You should be seeing some DB shirts and other gear within our online store shortly.
Have you contacted the support team at firstname.lastname@example.org? They can go over your account to see if there are any underlying issues there causing this.
awesome idea! Make it happen.
They are available from here: http://dailyburn.com/recipes/ . Right now, they aren't available in a downloadable format, but that's definitely a great idea and something we can look into doing.
Yep, you'll see an estimated burned calorie amount appear at the top of your screen through each major segment. If you're skipping around the video excessively (fast-forwarding and rewinding), it may throw off this overlay and it won't appear as it's intended.
If the label states that it has traces of soy, then the amount is normally insignificant and you don't need to worry about it. So no need to worry about re-Igniting for that, and keep on going.
Hi Carla. It looks like Nick, one of the customer service reps., responded to your email 4 days ago. Please check your spam inbox if it's not showing for you.
It's going to be on a much more regular basis than when we started. There's also going to be much, much more video content than in the past. You should start seeing new workouts coming very soon, and then continually coming out on a regular basis.
yes...and no :) They are similar but there are some modifications made. However, @Druda's advice works out fine and makes for a great plyo box.
It's not that there wasn't interest in the feature. We're actually going to be adding some really amazing features and new programs shortly and just felt that the achievements feature wasn't something that fit into the future plans.
You'll start seeing some new items coming in the DailyBurn store within the next few weeks. Besides DB apparel, some of the new store additions will be workout equipment. We're not entirely sure if the plyo boxes will be one of the items we offer, but will definitely have some useful equipment for sale.
You're ok with this, Nicole. The rice does not contain gluten, so you're fine with this. Just make sure to avoid soy sauce with it!
We don't have a release schedule announced but we can tell you that we're going to be introducing new workouts and programs on a regular basis starting very soon.
