I've got a friend interested in getting healthy. However, traditional exercise is almost impossible, due to severe joint pain and her large size.
The fact that she wants to start makes me so happy! But her options are much more limited. Anyone have any suggestions?
I was on the True Beginner program, and I was very much enjoying it. But, two weeks after I signed up, I broke my right foot. :(

That would be awesome! The Xbox app requires a gold (paid subscription) membership to function, which was very disappointing.
I think that sounds really fun! I just started today, but I really enjoyed the first True Beginner work out, and Justin was an excellent trainer. I'd be interested in more videos with him!
