BaroquePearl answered the Question: Why are you doing Ignite?

Not just to lose weight for sure. I don't believe my food is fueling my body/health. I had a surgery in the beginning of 2013. Since the surgery my body never completely recovered though there isn't anything "officially" wrong on the chart. I am always fatigued and gained between 10-13 lbs. So I know my body isn't getting the nutrients it needs but I really haven't been able to figure out what I need to do to find a dietary plan that helps my body to get out of the recovery/starvation mode. So that's the reason why I decided to give Ignite a try. The 21 Day Detox is very attractive to me. I am on Day 3 and I am experiencing detoxing symptoms. So hopefully this will have long term benefit for my body!

Thank you Kendra. I completed my 21 days, and I did experience a difference. It was a gentle difference...then I went on a 10 day vacation.... stayed pretty good for the first 5,6 days, then I caved in for sugar and gluton. I was so exhausted! So now I am starting the 21 days for the second time! Until it takes.... especially since it did make a pretty noticeable difference!

I just noticed this other question on the right side of the screen: CAN YOU USE PURE STEVIA IN BLACK COFFEE ON IGNITE?
And Anthony's answer was "Yes, stevia is a natural plant." So hope this helps!

I agree with erinkking below. And I feel your pain myself! I have pure stevia from Trader Joe's (I am sure you can get a similar product from your local health food store). Instead of using Truvia I have switched for pure stevia during the 21 Ignite period. Stevia does have a distinctive taste in addition to the sweetness. I was using Truvia for a while to get used to the taste... and I am fine with coconut creamer (not just coconut milk, it is a creamer for coffee) & stevia. However, my friend who is a food addict recovery shared with me, in FA they don't allow anything sweet, not even sugar substitute because the sweet taste itself still causes craving. I gave up drinking coffee the past few days :-( Been on a kick with lemon/mint/cinnamon bark/ginger infused tea to help with that! Hope this helps!
