    So, I personally prefer the chocolate and we go through about 4 tubs of choco to one vanilla in this house. I have had several relatives visit and they also loved the chocolate. I think it is pretty versatile, too. You can use banana, almond butter, strawberries in the choco are good and so are raspberries. I also sometimes mix a pack of starbucks instant coffee to make it a mocha. And you can do coconut milk and it tastes like an almond joy.

    It may be that you need to have a little snack before your workout. I sometimes have a handful of nuts and an apple or a glass of chocolate milk...something with a little carb and protein. I find if I don't hydrate and have just a little fuel in my system, I will get tired. You could even get some of those little Cliff electrolyte cubes or gels. I think it is also just fine to anticipate giving yourself a few breaks along the way. When I did the TBT one workout had 20 rounds and I would give myself the option of taking a little pause if I just got through 3, then 4, then 5, etc. You can build yourself up slowly that way without quitting.     Weightlifting. If you go to a gym, try adding bench press into your weekly plan. Don't go light. Pick out what you think you can lift and then add 5 pounds. Work up to 3 sets of 12, when you can do that, then go up 5 pounds. If you don't have a gym membership, maybe invest in some tubing or some adjustable dumbbells like power blocks. They are well worth it.

    I actually love this shake mix. I have had shakes for breakfast for about the past 5 years and have tried it all (Myoplex, Protein Plus, Vega, etc). I really love this shake mix and honestly it is not that expensive compared to these others and the shipping is very good. I was afraid this would taste like Vega which is awful, but it actually tastes just like a great whey shake but without the whey.

    Have you tried swimming or water aerobics. The water and the paddles and noodles add resistance but it is low impact on joints.

    Probably just doing cross-training, exercises that emphasize other muscles, will "even things out" a bit. The programs here are very good for that. Cross fit programs are good, too. Also, I have always heard that Pilates is a very good routine for balancing your muscles out and creating a sleek, slim dancer look. At the same time, I will say that you should be proud of your muscular legs! There are many people (like me) who would love to have more of that! :)
