Can we get more points for addional workouts?
I heard on Dr. Oz BEETS are good for blood pressure and physical endurance.
I haver been taking beets in my morning DB shakes for a few days and feel a difference. I am up 70 pushups fast, feeling stronger.
Any experience with beets helping workouts?

Started moving up in weight sence not doing the workouts as much. BOOOO

Trying to hang in there but dont see the progress I was hoping for after two months.
I think I am getting a breakthrough...feeling better and losing weight along with inches. I through in an elitical mworkout for 14 minutes trying to do 5 days a weeks. 15 minutes a day was a start but did not see quiker results i wanted sence 1 January 2013.

I like my timex Triatholon, the newer one now has I think 22 lap features, where the old one only had 8, the newer one would show and leave out the older lap time. it has a, stop watch, a timer, three alarm clocks, day month and week like Monday. I bought mine at Meijers for $42.00, they used to be $30.00 years ago.

I have worked out right through being sick and felt it helped to sweat it out, but you know your body better than anyone else.
I delivered papers for 31 years and never missed a day sick even though I was sick from time to time, I felt I had to do it anyways and it seemed to help. I called it sweating it out. I am no expert though, maybe someone else can give you better advice.
