Wow good advice Vertigirl!
I say gradual getting back to excersise but keep up with it as lnog as you are relitively pain free. I found I had to see my family doctor for several months before I could see a specialist, but glad I went through the scopes, shots and parial knee replacements.
follow your instinks and listen to the pain when it comes. I had scopes, shots and double paritial knee replacements, and am doing well coming up on three years in May.
I am right there with you michaelk...60 pounds seems real hard, but I know it can be done look at the sucess stories.
Good response Tomoe77.
I read somewhere a small handfull of almonds before a workout is a good idea. Just enough to jump start you but not a heavy belly.
I have been fine on an empty belly after I wake up to make sure I get a workout n as who knows what is in store after work. Additionally I have been doing 15 minutes of eliptcal at 0930. I am not seeing real great results yet after 30 days so I thought I needed more than just the 15 minutes a day.
How do we post them?
I had the same experience.
Dont worry about your weight.
Just keep u as good as you can you will see results gradually.
Can we get more points for addional workouts?
What is TBT workouts?
I was swimming three day a weeke for 2.5 years and was not losing any weight, and was talking to a guy at the YMCA, who asked how many days are you exercising, I said three, he said try to do more, I throw in one more day and did notice I was dropping but did not keep it up.
I mostly do the videos only but throw in some push ups ever other day.
I am thinking of doing some more aliptical once or twice a day.
15 day rotating videos streaming from Daily Burn, I try to do it everyday, the ball is my favorite, but hard at first, I think it is helping me.
Keep up the good work and think greens for dinner according to Dr. Joel Fuhrmen.
Health = Nutrients/Calories
Nutrients are the key.
Hard to beat Spinage, maybe popeye was right.
Wow great going! You are on your way, must feel better already, just think what you can do if you keep it up Jen.
Keep up the great work Chris!
What are your secrets other than than exercizing everday?
Yes I have one, I also started on January first, and have lost 5.5 pounds, and
gained a belt hole, that alone is a real good indication.
It may not be sucess a P90X over the same time but I like how we only have to put in the 15 minutes a day. I think Daily Burn may be better for a gradual sucess which is what we want anyway. The switching of workouts is key no chance for plateau. Not bad for 27 ndays into it.
