Thanks topalka. I've actually been getting a lot of recommendation videos that include a lot of upper arm work and strength. Idk how they knew I needed it. Lol. I can't even do one regular pushup. I always do the modified pushups.
Gaining strength? Getting toned? Losing weight is a popular choice. I actually want to do all of this including gaining flexibility. I don't know why they didnt offer us multiple choices but thats alright. Toning and strength can be the next goals.
