I seem to be addicted to weighing myself, any slight weight gain sends me into a tail spin. Just wondering what seems appropriate to you guys?
I have been trying to get my nutrition in order for years now. I do well for a few day or a few weeks, then fall off the wagon. I am hoping that this program (because it seems simple enough) will be what I have been looking for to help me make an over all life style change. I want to be healthy so I can have a healthy family, and become a good influence for those around me.
