I've been trying to eat more smaller meals but it just doesn't fit into my lifestyle, schedule and hunger.
I like to eat a large breakfast, a lunch and dinner. I don't go to bed hungry and I'm usually hungry right when I go up, around lunchtime AND around dinnertime.
I do eat regularly, the body gets food the same times every day, just not as often as if I'd be eating a lot of small meals... Is this bad for me? :-)
I love to have bacon and the eggs in the morning and I found so much research saying that it's good, and just as much saying that it's bad. Now how is it, is eggs and bacon a good or bad breakfast?
Everytime I should start a workout dailyburn asks me about my weight in lbs, but I use kilos. I can't see where to change that?
I asked this question before and then got the answer that the option is not there yet.

Thanks all of you! I eat a version that has very little salt in it and also not as much fat as other bacon and only two bacon strips and two eggs. I have done this for a week and I must say that I feel more energetic than I ever did on cereal - And I'm also enjoying my breakfast more! This could work for me :)
This was quite a helpful answer. You're right that it does depend on the rest of my diet. And since the rest of my diet is quite fat poor in general I guess I can "afford" this into my meals. I'll try it out and see how it works out, because I just love to have a "full english" breakfast :-)
Thanks! I've been looking for a way to go back to my favorites. I hate it when you do one that you really love and want to do again - Actually feel inspired, and it's just not there. :-)
If they wont have that at least they could have a "questionaire" after each workout where you can fill out how much of it you completed and wether you did the modified version or more challenging one then based on your weight calculate how much you lost, will make it easy to add into ANY tracker and shouldn't be that hard... ? One can dream :)

I'm sure it will come! But iPad/iPhone apps would most likely take more time to update than the website...
I wish that at LEAST dailyburn would break down the exercises for you and have a list after you did it, so you can log it in your favourite tracker, which since you're here will most likely be dailyburn tracker. And then make sure all of the exercises in their lists are also added to the tracker! Then one could make routines in there... ;-)
Even though, my true wish is that you can choose to connect the tracker to your account if you use it and it will communicate with each other automatically after you do an extra quiz that would pop up - To ask about heart rate, if you skipped parts etc, but we don't live in a perfect world! :D
