I am getting ready to start the Ignite phase and after searching the site I feel like I am missing a piece to the puzzle. For example, someone metioned the "Daily Burn Food Jounal". Where would I find this? Also, are there any links to Ignite friendly condiments, spices, and dressings?
I just signed up yesterday too! Because I really want to be successful and not go off the Ignite program, I am planning for the "diet" before I actually start. I ordered the shake and vitamins and do not plan on actually starting the program until it arrives. I think it will help with cravings. Until then my plan over the next few days is:
1. Order the shake and vitamins
2. Review the Shopping list and Recipes
3. Clean out my pantry, fridge and freezer (keeping things that I will use on Phase 2.
4. Plan my first week of food.
5. Go shopping and prep food.
