So I did the first workout on Thursday, and on Friday a new workout appeared, but on Saturday the same one was still up, and then I clicked workouts and it changed but to the first workout I did, is it supposed to repeat or do the workouts change daily or do I pick which workout I want to do?
Finished MetCon1 and I actually almost cried in having completed it. This is a new start to a great life style. Let's do this.
I don't know for sure, but it depends on the time you log in. I noticed that happening and then I would log in later in the day and the workout was switched. They might have a specific time of day that the workout actually switches but if you check before then you will just do the same one. Does that make sense? Also, this might not be your problem but maybe just try and log in a couple times during the day to see if you notice anything.

If you are unsure of a program to pick Intelliburn is a good starting point. It guides you and picks workouts for you. And if you don't feel it's working for you, you can switch to something else (although I can't compare I've only done intelliburn and only for a week). So far I've found that it really works the legs, and glutes but a lot of the moves are full body as well. It's a fun challenge!
