I've been working out with Daily Burn for 15 days and been on Ignite for 7 days. I have lost 15 pounds already, which would be about a pound a day. I don't know if maybe I over-estimated my starting weight or what but that just seems like A LOT in a short amount of time. Is this normal? I've always eaten a lot of sugar and processed foods until ignite. Am I losing too fast? I don't feel hungry and I eat three meals a day plus snacks.
I had the same problem and I have been able to find both Chococlate and Vanilla bean Vegan plant protein that meet the daily burn requirements at Kroger, The Vitamin Shoppe, GNC, and H-E-B. You can also get the daily burn fuel on amazon. It's not sold out there.
I'm wondering if we can have things during ignite that are not on the grocery list but still do not have any of the evil six such as corn, potatoes, and eggs just to name a few. These are not the evil 6 but they're not on the grocery list.
Is there still a referral program for dailyburn? I know there was one last year some time.
I've looked at the Ignite diet and a lot of things are not appealing to me as I am a picky eater. How do you deal with the diet for those of you that are picky eaters? Also, why does it cut out Soy and Dairy, usually one is a replacement for the other. Odd.
I'm new to daily burn and a musician/teacher by day. Playing violin puts a lot of stress on my lower back and I've always had trouble with exercising on machines like the elliptical or doing planks because of the stress it puts on my back. What are some of the best videos that do not put strain on your lower back? Do you usually stretch before and/or after videos?
I just signed up two days ago. Are you viewing the site from a web browser or a mobile device like an iPad or phone?
Where it shows your username in the top right corner. Click on that from the drop down menu. Then Click on Account Settings. On the right hand side after you go to account settings there will be a yellow box that says manage my subscription. It will then show you different options. Your options are $10 for just nutrition. $10 for just workouts. $15 for both nutrition and workouts. or $10 for both but billed annually instead of monthly.
