Answer this question (please read answers below before posting)...
Corn tortillas don't have sugar and are gluten free... I add one to my salads for extra crunch (I bake them)
The problem I have is that balance does not address it.
I plan on doing the same thing! Today is my last day on Ignite and I have felt amazing!
If you carve crunchy and want to keep to your budget snag a can of chick peas, rinse them off well and lay them out on several paper towels. Than mix them with olive oil, sea salt, a chopped clove of garlic, and whatever else you want. Heat the oven to 400 and bake for 45 min (or till crunchy)!!!!!!!!!!!

I made this today:
Rinse a can of chickpeas than place them on a paper towel for 20 min. Pre heat the oven to 400. In a bowl combine 1 tbsp. olive oil, sea salt, garlic (1 clove minced), and what ever seasonings you want. Bake it for 35-45 min. and ENJOY!!!
I've noticed the same thing. For the first time in my life I can drive past McDonalds or Jack in the Box and not crave anything!!!!
Cashew butter is my fav!
I am on week 2 and it's going well! My energy is on the incline, my headaches are gone, and my weight loss has been GREAT! I have to say that I missed having a glass of wine for my birthday but the weight loss and this great feeling is way better than any glass of wine.
Many natural nut butters are sugar free! :-)
