The weight tracker asks me to input my weight in the middle of my workouts which would be very handy if I knew my weight in lbs! My bathroom scales give me my weight in kg and that's the way I always measure myself. Is there any way to change the units used here?
I am on the DBK 3 month programme and am confused because I thought the programme was supposed to adapt based on your history? I have been doing the level 5 & 6 exercises for a number of weeks consistently but my workout schedule has not changed and is still on level 3 &4.... I don't get it.
( I'm hoping there is an advanced program to continue my training...? )
reading the same book! Started the cold showers recently and will carry on since I'm liking how it wakes me up and gives me energy and alertness, never mind the fat loss!...?
I'm doing the kettle-bell workouts and am thinking of purchasing a heart-rate monitor to check whether I am in my aerobic zone during workouts. Is this an important consideration for fat loss and muscle gains?
I've been doing a bit of research lately on how much exercise is needed to be very fit and toned etc. I've found that no more than an hour a day is really needed. (of the right kind of exercises though) Over and above that is either inefficient or over-taxing your body.
yeah I think I need a calculator! lol
That would be great
thanks that makes sense I must have misunderstood
I think that if you concentrate on weight training your core and around your middle you should absolutely see some results. Not all training is equivalent. For example running a lot may not help at all lose you any fat around the stomach area although it will certainly help your heart. etc. Try kettlebells or other weight training.
Thanks, I am looking forward to another DBK, I love DBKJ! In the mean time I will try increasing my weight...and definitely TBT...fingers crossed i really hope I can build on this.
If you look into your calendar, you will see which videos you will be shown for the next month. On my DBK program it is the same two videos for about 3/4 weeks, after which it gets harder...
