I like others nursed my children, longer than most. I dieted an exercised and always had enough milk. Remember our ancestors worked hard hunting and gathering or working hard labor on farms, and they were able to keep up their milk supply. Also, nursing helps you to burn fat! You need to be careful to get enough calories! You are "allow" more calories on a "diet" while nursing because the nursing alone burns 200-500 calories per day! Depends on how exclusive you nurse... Young babies eating no food or supplemented formula will help you burn closer to 500, once you add solids then it is on the power end. Dont skimp on the calories to lose faster that is what will hurt your milk supply. You will know if the baby wants to nurse all the time; you arent producing enough milk. Good luck! EDIT: the first week almost 5 lbs, then after 1.5 came back! Calories in calories out I dont evenknow how that is possible!
Sally thanks for your response. Can you tell me what the first 3 weeks were like for you? I have been following ignite to the letter, and seeing little results. Actually, the first week I started a saw some almost albs, and I wasn't perfect that week. SInce July 1 I have been following to the letter! and have not lost anything but my resolve. 12 days isn't a long time but I feel like I am doing a lot of work, getting up early for those (short) workouts, spending BIG money on all the right food, tracking calories for WHAT? I don't feel health! I feel fat!

I am not having the same success as others are reporting. Been doing ignite faithfully since July 1. I ave also been tracking calories, fat, carbs and working out almost everyday. I am not used to working out so I started with the 15 minute workouts. Sometimes I would squeeze in two per day. I have only lost 3.5lbs!! And I actually lost that in the first week. At one point I was down 5lbs but then it jumped up two. I am not buying the I am building muscle because lets face it 15 min dance workout don't build muscle. So ready to quit! Feeling duped again but another diet!
Through out the website I see claims of "quick" weight loss. I am all for getting chemicals and such out of my body. I totally see the value in eating high quality food, but I want to lose weight too! SO, how much have you lost?
Hi, I basically have the same question; I found it helped me to print out the grocery list and make some of the recipes from the website. If you listen to the 2 minutes videos I found they helped. Wondering how it is going for you?

Also what protein powder tricked you...I don't want to be fooled too.
There are a couple recipes that call rice noodles; so I would "guess" the brown rice noodles would be the safest bet... But the recipes add to the confusion.
As Mythicalgriffons says it isn't just the caffeine. I work at a middle school where they are constantly warning the students about how back these drinks are for you. And it isn't just the artificial sweeteners and caffeine, these things can cause heart issues etc., just google it!
