I'm feeling so low right now, I had two cookies and waffles with almond butter and bananas yesterday plus a pack of fiber one fruit snacks... ya it was a bad day BUT i figure i have to be honest about it right? I have been doing well today but need a little support from my dailyburn friends!!

Some/ most of the recipes are really horrible :( I have found I can make really good meals and would love to share and get new ideas.

Definitely talk to the Doctor, that stuff is serious, when my fiance took it his moods were so bad and his sleeping habits changed so much, thats a tough call
There is a recipe for veggie quiches, you could have those for breakfast! Have the shake at some point in the day though, they are so yummy and give you so many nutrients.
I am a former smoker and I can only imagine how your cravings for a cigarette will imagine your cravings for sugar dairy etc.
Will you be taking Nicorette at the same time? That might help your stress level?

Yes! I just had this crazy sugar attack, couldn't help myself :( I only had a week left! oh well here goes another 21 days!! We can all do it!
I feel you! I watched the cravings video and she says cravings can hit at certain times of the day. Once I paid attention I realized I always reach for sugar or chocolate at work in the late afternoon, when I probably wasn't even hungry just bored. I have been drinking a lot of water and eventually the craving passes. I'm keeping fresh fruit at work too :) Hope that helps!
I am right at the sweet spot of being overweight vs. being obese :( If I don't do something to shake off the 35lbs I have gained in the last 5 years it will probably double in the next 5, and I want to be healthy, fit and strong for life. AAANNNDD I just happen to be getting married next year so I want to look good in that dress ;)
