I'm Gluten and Dairy intolerant, so it's not to hard for me to cut out the remaining Evil 6 ingredients. But, I would like to know if it's alright to make home made Bread on the Ignite program, minus the Evil 6 ingredients of course :)

Those in my household, as well as myself are sensitive to most oils such as Canola oil, and oddly enough even Coconut oil. The best option for us is Corn Oil, so I'm wondering if that's ok to use it in the Ignite program?

I have also noticed that Corn is not listed on the Ignite grocery list. But, it's a vegetable, so is it safe to eat in the Ignite program?

I would also like to know if Gluten Free Corn Meal is alright to use in the Ignite program?

I'm fairly sure store/restaurant Sushi has Gluten. I'm Gluten intolerant, and I always get sick when I eat Sushi. Unless you make the Sushi at home, and from scratch then I think it may be ok.

If I cannot eat foods with corn in them on Ignite, please explain why.
