I used to workout 5x a week at a gym, but then that slowed down when I got into the middle of my pregnancy. Now here I am my son is 18 months and I want to get back in shape. It has been almost two years I have been out of an exercise routine. I have done two days of True Beginner and it has been pretty easy. Should I stick with it or bump up to an intermediate? I really don't want to push to hard and burn out. Anyone else make the switch up? Is it a big change?

I gave up diet soda when I got pregnant. It was horrible giving it up! I never allow any soda in the house, and I weaned myself with carbonated water with lemon wedge. When my son was born I started drinking coffee too. It is very hard though!! I feel your pain.
