Unless you come up with your own modifiers, I'm not sure this would be a good option right now. Women have different nutritional needs during pregnancy. I am 7 weeks post partum and a lot of these exercises I couldn't have done during pregnancy. You would have to come up with a lot of your own modifiers for most of the exercises. I'm not trying to discourage you, there's a free trial so try to watch some of the videos and use your own judgment.
