I suck HORRIBLY at meal planning and I would like to transition into cleaner eating but so many of the meal plans I'm finding have elaborate recipes that are time consuming. As a student and mother who works nights I often have very little time to prep or cook a meal. Can anyone suggest clean eating plans that are simple that can fit into my budget and schedule.
Those are all great butt workouts! I also like weighted hip bridges, donkey kicks with resistance bands and froggy glute lifts. (Lay on stomach with knees bent, hold dumbbell between feet and flex butt as you lift thighs off floor and pulse)
Feeling it in your thighs shows it's being done right. Squats really work your quadriceps (LARGE muscles at front of thighs) not just your glutes. Put your weight in your heals as you lower (you can wiggle your toes) and flex your glutes to pull your body back up. This should help you feel it in your rear end more. Also adding weight even with some light dumbbells will up your resistance to work your muscles a little more.
