Sure! I could use the motivation myself, and I find that it helps me if I can be any motivation to someone else! :) I started about four weeks ago and am at the plateau stage, so it would help to have someone to push and who pushes me. You game? :)
I actually do. I take a day off a week; but i'm not sure that's enough...?

To be honest, I don't really have a 'normal' day of food... I have been trying to eat some kind of breakfast before I get out the door, a healthy lunch like tuna or fruit, and dinner is pretty much whatever we have at home that resembles healthy; which more often than not, doesn't.

I started daily burn 3 weeks ago and love the trainers, workouts, and simplicity of it all, but I am feeling discouraged about the results. I can't seem to lose weight if I starved myself to death (which I'm not doing, btw). I am desperate for some answers that will help me get on the road to weightloss! HELP!!!
