yes thank you. I have downloaded the quickstart guide. I love rice and I am not good at making brown rice it always comes out tasting nasty. Any suggestions on how to make it taste yummy.
Hemp seeds are great! 10 grams of protein not to mention a ton of other healthy components. I make a shake with Almond milk plus which has 5 grams of protein and almond butter which has 7 grams of protein and hemp seeds plus any fruit you like. Its delicious and fruity.

This is what I have when I don't want a shake. I do serving of rolled oats (gluten free) in a pot with 1 serving of almond plus milk (has extra protein) and all natural unsweetened applesauce and I cook it all together until ready. Then I add 3 tablespoons of hemp seeds. It has 22 or 23 grams of protein and plenty of good carbs for energy
I wasn't replacing the protein powder with one egg. I am also drinking a shake with different things in it that adds up to the amount of protein in the shake and also eating an egg. Sorry for the confusion
