i think it is a little more clear now. so i have the silk coconut milk(vanilla) it has in nutrition 9gr sugar and the ingredients say natural evaporated cane sugar- is that considered a natural sugar from the coconut like all fruits have or would that be considered artificial? is this ok on ignite? is this where the 15gr/meal make it allowable? I will get this. :)

If taking too many vitamins/minerals can be bad-should essentials and fuel be taken together if they both say they are complete in multivitamins & minerals?

I have found some that say gluten free but they have one of the evil 6 in the ingredients such as sugar.
i have some all natural almond butter and the only ingredient is almonds but then right underneath it states contains almonds and trace amounts of soy nuts. Are soy nuts ok?
