So far .. and I have only done 3 (Im a newb) The chest and triceps has been the most challenging / intense
I have been having problems while using the Logitec box. Buffering issues that dont seem to be stopping. Ive been trying the new workouts (which rock by the way) but cant seem to get through a single workout without it freezing and saying buffering. I went to do an old fav the kettlebell with Cody and it is still doing it. Anyone else having this issue?
Id like to have this feature because sometimes its nice to be able to choose my workouts according to how many calories I need to burn .. ie.. as if I ate a really big lunch and need to make sure Im burning enough.
It depends on how detached you can stay from the numbers on the scale. Otherwise the only thing the scale is good for is at the gun range. It will only frustrate you! I now manage to weight myself only once a month for the pure and simple fact that the emotional beating isnt worth it. If I drink a soda (diet or not doesnt matter) my body doesnt like it and I go up 5 lbs.. but I can fluctuate upwords of 8 pounds. The scale is not my friend! But fitting into that size 4 for the first time really is relieving no matter what the scale says.
Ive had to take quite awhile off due to illness and I am still a bit fatigued and sore. Anyone have advice to get myself back up to where I was? I know I cant do as much but I want to be able to do something without hurting myself. Thanks in Advance
OK I have had great results with DailyBurn so dont get me wrong. I just cant for the life of me figure out why I am putting weight back on. My weight was at a standstill for a couple months and now its just creeping back up. I was burning (according to the sight) 1000 calories a day for exercise and taking in 14-1600 cal. Weight went to a standstill so I upped my calorie burn to 1500-1800 while still trying to hit 1600 cal. Ive changed intensity, Ive changed duration, Ive changed what I have eaten. It seems if I go over 1700 cal my body packs it on faster and doing more exercise is not helping. Any ideas?
When the workouts show the estimated calorie burn per workout, what are they basing it on? Like is it set for the Moderate or the Advanced - Is it like everything else and based on a 135 pound woman? Just got the question in my head today and trying to figure out how its done.
I made my own workout favorite listed as Daily Burn and just put in the amount of calories that it states I burned. Just an option.
Totally Love the new addition! I can scroll through at my leisure and pick which workout I would like instead of just skipping because Im sore and none of the workouts will fit me for the day :D Awesome Job!
I like to make baked oatmeal with fruit.. and put it in the fridge and cut it into bars.. pull and eat
1) So far I have lost 47 pounds (kinda frozen so I have hidden the scale) and almost 9 inches in my waist alone. This is mostly due to dailyburn and their information because I went into this clueless. I started with their tracker just for the tracking of food. Then went to their weightloss workout on the tracker site. The majority of my weight and inches has been since September in which they allowed me onto the Beta videos. Since then its like an addiction. I love trying to keep up with the trainers and pushing myself harder. I have tons more energy and find that if I take a day off of working out Im extremely sluggish. I have been able to start training for a 5K and havent ran since highschool and I can actually do chin-ups... never done those in my life! As for the last part I just have more life to love !!!!
2) My favorite part of dailyburn is .... all of it. I cant seem to choose just one feature because if it was just the workout videos it would feel incomplete. With the Nutritional info and the feedback on the forums and being able to ask any question and get honest answers from trainers and people who are actually struggling along just like you, it makes it the whole package!
It depends on how sore. If its just a minor irritation I work through it .. otherwise its hard to get motivated when the soreness goes away. Push through it by working a different muscle group.
not quite what I would call physically fit yet.. lost 8 and a half inches in my waist though. I guess it was the extra points for doing my 100th video. Thanks for y'all support. This is a great group of folks
