    Hi there. Besides frozen vegetables I don't know of any specific brands that are suited under the DB nutrition plan. Ideally you don't want to depend on a microwave to prepare your meals but it's hard as a college student. If I come across any, I will be sure to let you know.

    Hi Jewlzm,

    As ashleystone noted, it could be that you are not getting enough calories. I would also say it might have to do with your nutrition. You want to eat as clean as possible. It's not so much about the # of calories itself but more importantly the quality of those calories.

    What are you eating on a daily basis? Are you preparing your meals?

    Hi ArieneVK,

    2 lbs a week is about average . We just had this discussion in our workout class today. There are many variables that affect how much each person can lose a week. Try do switch your diet, eat smaller portions, do more cardio or weight training..Switch up your workout routine, the intensity and see what works for you.

    Just wondering what is best to do. For the past 6 months since I started getting fit, I have been eating breakfast after working out. I would also have a protein shake right after working out and then have my breakfast. Just looking for advice on this matter.
