I'm having a really hard time with milk substitutes in my coffee and I'm beginning to start craving my yummy breakfast cappuccino, so I was wondering whether lactose-free milk is okay to drink?
I live outside the US so I couldn't buy Fuel. I've been trying different shake recipes but with my protein powder they're all somewhat bitter and don't taste that well. I rechecked Fuel and saw that there's 'natural sweeteners' in it while my shake is just a mix of protein powders with nothing added to make it taste better. So what can I use to make my shakes taste better without adding a bunch of calories?
I tried most of them but I don't really like the way my coffee tastes with them. But thanks for answering!
