Also go to a sauna room and sit in it for about 15-25 mins a day or every other day to help realease toxins quicker and spead up your motabolism! I did this and lost 18-19 inches in one month.

I saw changes immediately. I lost 5lbs the first week I started dailyburn. Really eating those leafy green and helathy carb verggies, fruits, healthy fats like nuts and advocado, with the ocassionaly lean protein like fish or chicken. Eat this and workout everyday with recovery workouts on the weekend and you will see quick results within a few days.

Every night before I go to bed I prepare a fresh easy breakfast that is also yummy and satisfying! It contains fruits and healthy fats + protein without anything artificial or any animal derived foods.
Organic Strawberries, blueberries, sweet potato, and almonds
Boil or bake a medium sized sweet potato until it is soft. Chop it up and set it aside in a bowl. The skin has nutrients also so I don't take the skin off but if it bothers you feel free to peal it!
Step 2: Wash then chop the strawberries and add them to the bowl with the already chopped sweet potato and set aside.
Step 3: Wash then sprinkle a little less then a handful of almonds into the bowl of chopped sweet potato and strawberries. Also wash the blueberries and add them to the bowl and VOILA!
You can mix it all up or eat it any way you want. The almonds will absorb some of the water from the other foods so they will be a little tender when eaten and not dry. But I loooove this breakfast! Its yummy plus provides me with a healthy boost of energy for the morning! ENJOY! Any questions? Feel free to ask :D

I primarily use Dailyburn for my daily workout routine! But I also go to the gym to sit in the sauna room for 20-30 mins to help with sore muscles, intensify detoxification, and speed up my metabolism!
Cody's workouts are killer crazy but I love em! Definitely my favorite workouts by far.
Wow I asked myself that same question about 15 minutes ago after seeing an article about doing a spring cleanse :D
I would only do it for 2-3 days at a time since Im working out for an hour a day. Detox cleanses are awesome but should be done with non strenuous exercises like light yoga and walking.
I have a juicer so im going to start doing this 2 days a week with organic fruits and veggies!
But to answer your question I think its ok!
