I can easily touch my ceiling when standing up straight and having something in my hands and standing on a stepper makes the workouts even more difficult to perform properly. I am currently doing Inferno and just wanted to find out if there is some solution rather than taking arms out of the equation or possibly injuring myself by trying to get low when I'm suppose to be standing up straight and reaching overhead. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I'm male, average height and build. The 3 foot rollers are generally more expensive and take up more space. I haven't done a workout requiring one so I'm not sure if just a 12 or 18 inch roller would suffice.
