    Once I get past the first week 'I'm so sore I can't function' phase, I love working out and will get at it for months (feeling great, looking great). Then something inevitably comes along and pulls me back out that I DREAD jumping back into it. It's a bit more difficult for me as I come from a family that is overweight, has bad eating habits, and completely non-active lifestyles, so there isn't much support. I'm curious what other people do to stay motivated long-term.
