I am currently doing TBT and while most of the time I can get the move, sometimes I am just not sure. Cody always stresses good form but sometimes I am not entirely sure what the proper form is. A page or video that gave more detailed instruction would be helpful.
It depends on how the kale/broccoli is being cooked in the recipe. Kale wouldn't need as much cooking time as broccoli. Kale will release water when it is cooked. And Kale is a more bitter green so it might alter the flavor of the dish.
I think you should stop weighing yourself and feed your body a little more. It sounds like the two of you are at odds with each other. You want to go down and your body wants to stay still. Maybe a compromise is in order. Continue working out but add some calories for a bit and remove the scale as a source of stress.
A round about way is: Click on your user name in the top right corner. From the drop down select MyProfile. Then select the Notifications tab. Scroll down until you see an achievement listed. Click on the achievement link and it will take you to the acievement page.
Thank you for considering.
Maybe I just need glasses.
I am quite certain that when I first started Daily Burn about 3 weeks ago the price for the fuel was $50. I think last week it was $60. And this week it is $65. Am I remembering wrong? And if not, why the price jump?
I have posted this same request. I would love to be able to look back and see all the work I have done. Maybe if we keep posting this request they will comply.
Somehow if we could add a note to the workout we did I think it would help with progress. I would like to be able to record what level I did or what weight I used or how I felt before/during/after. That way if I went throught the workout again, I would know what my goals for this time should be.
If I have not chosen a workout program or chose to do something different that day, it would be nice if the calendar showed that. It would be a nice way to keep track if I had my own workout schedule I wanted to keep.
how do i deselect a program?
