I like the workouts that don't require equipment, or just a mat. Easier to do those workouts anywhere.
Depends on what else is in it. Some non fat flavored yogurts have quite a bit of sugar in them. Also, there is nothing wrong with full fat yogurt.

I have been reading the nutrition articles before I start Ignite and I am rather confused as to how to determine the difference between "natural" sugar and "added" sugar. Also, in one part of the Ignite info it says to keep to food items with 10g but you only eat 1/2 a serving, that is OK? And for things like fruit, what is a serving?

I have done the first 13 days of TBT and I haven't received the dedication 1 award: working out every day for a week. Am I doing something wrong or is there a glitch?

I am currently doing TBT and while most of the time I can get the move, sometimes I am just not sure. Cody always stresses good form but sometimes I am not entirely sure what the proper form is. A page or video that gave more detailed instruction would be helpful.
It depends on how the kale/broccoli is being cooked in the recipe. Kale wouldn't need as much cooking time as broccoli. Kale will release water when it is cooked. And Kale is a more bitter green so it might alter the flavor of the dish.
I think you should stop weighing yourself and feed your body a little more. It sounds like the two of you are at odds with each other. You want to go down and your body wants to stay still. Maybe a compromise is in order. Continue working out but add some calories for a bit and remove the scale as a source of stress.

I am quite certain that when I first started Daily Burn about 3 weeks ago the price for the fuel was $50. I think last week it was $60. And this week it is $65. Am I remembering wrong? And if not, why the price jump?
