Actually that helps a lot. Maybe not so many healthy carbs in my diet, so I'm going to try upping those. I consume a great deal of protein and salads so I'm going to try switching things up a bit.
I've been doing a couple of weeks on intelliburn, after finishing Cardio Sculpt and for some reason the last few days I've been insanely hungry!!!! I really don't want to blow my diet or mess up my progress so far (yay! 23lbs down!), but I just seem to be unsatisfied within a few hours of putting anything in my body. Is this just a sign that my metabolism is now hard at work, or is it just something I should ignore?
Also if anyone can advise me on foods that are filling but low calorie I would appreciate it.
Yipiee! 6 lbs away from my half way point! Feeling tougher, stronger, and sexier!
I found that when starting out without shoes some of the workouts (especially ones with a great deal of jumping) would hurt the arches, but after a few times it built resistance.
Feeling tough and strong today!
I never really thought of that. It's possible that some things I eat are high in Sodium. I'll give it a try. Thanks!
cool! that might be worth a try!
Thanks! I have been measuring and I'm down an inch and a half. I'll try to change things up as well.
Thanks! I wondered if I was sabotaging myself with the crappy calorie choices.
hmm that's a good idea! It's not the best scale either (old and crappy and accuracy is questionable) I've tried increasing my protein consumption a bit (I'm always craving meat) and hopefully the good extra calories I'm eating will help. Thanks for your advice!
I wondered if it might have been muscle weight I was gaining. It's good to know I'm not alone in this struggle. Thanks!
That's true. I have had more energy and I've lost about an inch around my middle.
I just don't get it. I'm on week 2 of cardio sculpt, I've done Move! for a week and completed the db15 program. I'm not on ignite, but I've been maintaining a good blend of healthy calories and only a max of 1200 a day. I seem to be bouncing back and forth by 4-5 pounds; I lose one I gain back 4, I lose 6 and I gain back 7. What am I doing wrong?????
I'm not on ignite because I see a doctor recommended dietician fairly regularly and she helps me with all the dietary advice I need for weight loss, and monitors my progress with every visit. Who better to consult than a professional right?
