That's true. I have had more energy and I've lost about an inch around my middle.
I just don't get it. I'm on week 2 of cardio sculpt, I've done Move! for a week and completed the db15 program. I'm not on ignite, but I've been maintaining a good blend of healthy calories and only a max of 1200 a day. I seem to be bouncing back and forth by 4-5 pounds; I lose one I gain back 4, I lose 6 and I gain back 7. What am I doing wrong?????
I'm not on ignite because I see a doctor recommended dietician fairly regularly and she helps me with all the dietary advice I need for weight loss, and monitors my progress with every visit. Who better to consult than a professional right?

I hurt my lower abdominal (just the bottom 2) doing DB15 inferno, and it has been so sore and swollen for the past week that I'm having trouble sleeping, I have no apatite and pain when using the bathroom. I don't want to take a bunch of pills if it's not necessary so I need some advice on what I can do to recover as quickly as possible.
I`m in so much pain, but it is so worth it!
