Same thing is happening to me. It says I'm on day 6 when I'm really on day 8 or 9.
Aaaand I see this was posted a year ago...I guess the problem isn't getting fixed anytime soon.
Try doing a recover work out like yoga. It'll lift your mood and disburse physical tension you're probably holding onto from work.
I'm sorry for the length of my response, but this question really resonated with me. I'm not a fitness/nutrition expert by any means - this is just what's personally worked for me.
I used to feel like I had no will power with food, and all the weight I've gained in the past 2 years is from emotional eating and eating out of boredom. I've found that the healthier I eat, the more water I drink, and the more I exercise, the less I needlessly snack. It's a healthy, feel-good cycle.
But if part of that cycle is broken and I'm really craving something unhealthy that's with-in my reach I will eat a lot of other "healthier" alternatives before I end up just caving and eating the unhealthy food. I end up consuming a lot more calories by trying to avoid the bad food. If I have a craving for an unhealthy food (say my room mate made cookies) I won't deprive myself of it. I'll just make sure to stop after 1 or 2 cookies instead of 4 or 5.
I also keep my urge to snack away by constantly drinking water. I always carry my water bottle around with me (even from room to room in my apartment.) When I get bored I'll take a sip and it keeps me hydrated. It's made an incredible difference in the way I feel!
ahh good idea! thank you!
Both my room mate and I have DailyBurn accounts, but we only have one Xbox Live account. Is there a way to make two different "profiles" on the app so when I use the Xbox DailyBurn app I'm not using his DB account?
